Not a stretch fabric, but has some give to it.
Feels so soft you would think its real leather. Very durable and high end. Upholstery grade Vinyl. Great for any high end jobs, sofas, chairs, ottomans and so much more. Easy to clean just use mild soap and clean with cloth.
