Royal Velvet is a Smooth Non Stretch Velvet with a Subtle Sheen. Fabric is 58" wide and 100% Polyester making it a very versatile fabric. Used in the Event industry for pipe n draping rooms, tablecloths, napkins, chair covers and cushion covers. For Apparel, it can be used for skirts, tops, and children's clothing. Very popular in the Theatrical scene for its luscious velvety flow and hand-feel.
